Hello, my problem is that GPU2 is not used, which in theory is the dedicated one, it recognizes it, but it does not work.
Here is some information about my laptop:
Operating System: Windows 10 Home
System: HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cd00x
64 bits
Processor: AMD A12-9720P RADEON R7
Gpu1: AMD Radeon R7 Graphics
Gpu2: AMD Radeon (TM) R7 M340
The GPU that is not working is GPU2. in the AMD performance panel it says:
Utilization 0%.
Clock speed: 300MHz (this is stable and does not vary).
Current temperature: 50ºC
VRAM2: Utilization 50Mb when the maximum it says it is 4096 MB.
In the task manager under performance it says:
Utilization 0%.
Dedicated GPU memory 3/512 MB
GPU Memory 0.0/8.2 GB
Shared GPU memory 0.0/7.7 GB
GPU temperature 48ºC
I already updated the AMD drivers, I am 100% sure I installed the correct ones. I have already formatted the laptop and consequently reinstalled the drivers.
