AMD FreeSync not showing in Adrenaline Software

I am using NPC MF2203 100Hz monitor and Asus ROG STRIX RX 480, so when I turn on Freesync from the monitor menu there is no AMD FreeSync option on the driver software but when I turn off the freesync option from my monitor then it shows on the driver software but it says AMD Freesync not supported. I have attached necessary SS for your better understanding.

Will be very grateful if anyone could help me solve this issue

NOTE: Picture 1 shows with Freesync on my monitor turned ON and Picture 2 shows with Freesync on my monitor turned OFF

Hi, shantonu604. It seems, that you have connection via HDMI, so FreeSync technology requires HDMI 1.2+. Be sure that your HDMI cable support this or higher version of HDMI, btw it's better to use DisplayPort connection.
