AMD driver Keeps resetting

Good Afternoon everyone, i have a Rx 580 gpu and for some odd reason the past couple days my monitors would go black but the Pc would still be on. After turning the Pc off and back on my drivers are always reset. Not sure if it could be caused from too much power on one outlet or what but anything helps Have a great weekend!

You might need to disable/turn off fast boot. I know once I did that, I stopped getting resets after PC shutdowns. It would then only reset if the PC crashed or abruptly lost power.
