Hi,

I'm facing a common issue during the installation of Windows 10.

After clicking on "install", the wizard show the warning "missing media server", and asking to select a driver to install.

According to online forums, solution is to donwload chipset drivers, copy them in an usb and select them in the wizard. But they only provide link to Intel chipset drivers.

I have a B550M-A PRO mobo, and according to spec I have a B550 Chipset. So I found the drivers page https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/b550.

But the chipset drivers are only downloadable  in .exe, not in .inf. So I can't install the drivers in the Windows 10 installation wizard.

.inf files exists for this chipset ?

Have you tried plugging the thumb drive with win10 installation into a different usb port?

Yes I tried this solution, with all my USB 2.0 and 3.0 port, but not working.

So I assume I have to install the drivers to continue the installation... that I can't find.
