If you are talking about the old AMD Catalyst Control Center and not Radeon Settings from Adrenaline then you will need to see if it will install in Windows 11 since it is compatible with Windows 10.
NOTE: If installing Catalyst Driver package you get an error than post the exact error you are getting to see if it is a compatibility issue with Windows 11 or an issue with your GPU.
