Actually, I decided to look at the screen settings and in the "properties (built-in display)" tab I accidentally changed the scaling settings
In the picture under the word (centered) there was another button with the scaling that I chose And I already clicked "restore factory settings"
So if you enter the game at a low resolution, then Black bars appear both above and below
And before, until I pressed it was only on the sides
How to turn it off
Buttons "default" or "check" are not pressed
the button disappeared and I can't play at low resolution
