I've got a problem and need support because I have no idea what to do.
It's been 1 year and 3 months since I bought my HP laptop (AMD Ryzen 5 4500u) with AMD Radeon (TM) graphics.
Two months after that, I downloaded AMD Adrenalin from the official AMD page to update my graphic drivers. At first, all seemed to be fine; the PC was working well with good performance.
Two days later...
The sound was on 100%, and I lowered the volume but kept it loud and distorted: 80%, 40%, 2%. No matter what I do, nothing changes.
I've tried to download the drivers myself, but nothing works.
Finally, I give up and proceed to restore a previous image of my system, leaving it alone this whole time.
Recently, I gave it a try, and this problem keeps happening.
¿Any idea? ¿solution? or ¿suggestion?
