I wanted to record some footage of Red Faction, the original one. Using the latest Adrenalin version it will just not let me record any footage. The game is old, runs on DirectX 8 or 9.
I noticed the Adrenalin overlay is also not working when playing this game.
I’m using windows 11, with a 7900XTX.
Before I start tinkering around I just wanted to know if this is just a limitation because the game is ancient. And what else would be a good alternative to record, other threads mentioned OBS.
