If that is still causing the common "Freezing" then try installing a previous AMD VGA Mobile driver from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/apu/amd-series-processors/amd-a8-series-apu-for-lapt...
But what I would do first is install your Laptop's OEM AMD VGA Mobile Driver first just to see if the freezes stops or not.
If it does stop then try updating using the AMD Mobile drivers if they are much newer than your laptop's OEM AMD Mobile driver.
Use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) with the internet disconnected and deleting the AMD installation folder at C\AMD BEFORE installing the next AMD Driver.
This will prevent any conflicts while installing your the AMD Mobile driver again.
