been having this on a few games and unsure how to fix

happened to me on destine 2, darktide, halo wars 2

any advice would be great!!

PC specs!
CPU: Ryzen 7 7700X
MOTHERBOARD: B650 TOMAHAWK
RAM: FURY Beast 32 GB DDR5-6000
GPU: NITRO RX 7900 XTX
