Hello, just got this processor and I was wondering if I could have just one monitor with the adapter plugged in to the motherboard's hdmi.
First thing I tried was plugging it in cold, and no image.
Next I connected it to an old gpu (GT 610) so I could get video and try to install the drivers and all. I check device manager and see error code 43 (Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems) on AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics, so I try installing Adrenaline, but get error 1603 when I choose full installation, so for now "only drivers" option will do.
Restart and still the same result, error code 43.
All this done in a clean windows installation but not connected to the internet.
So here's the situation, I have a vga monitor, a hdmi motherboard port, an hdmi to vga adapter that works in other devices, and the onboard graphics of the 5700g. Is it possible to get it working?
