5600XT: Drivers makes video stutter and no audio

Hello!

I need help with my drivers, so basically this morning I fully resetted my PC to resolve an issue I have with the Windows Video Playback. And at first it was fixed, it was smooth and nothing wrong with it. But as soon as i downloaded the drivers the issue came back, video was stuttering, and there was no audio. It cannot be Windows' problem because it happened right after I installed the drivers. It happens on the Netflix App, Photos App, and Microst Edge when hardware acceleration is turned on. Is there anyone with similar issue that can help me??

RX5600 XT
Ryzen 3700X
16GB RAM
Windows 11

The issues with the playback persist sometimes after a full PC reset, as the system may not have the correct drivers installed. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

  1. Check for driver updates: Make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your video card and audio devices. You can usually find the latest drivers on the manufacturer's website.

  2. Reinstall drivers: Try uninstalling and then reinstalling your video and audio drivers. This can sometimes resolve driver conflicts or other issues.

  3. Disable hardware acceleration: As you mentioned, the issue seems to occur when hardware acceleration is turned on. Try disabling hardware acceleration in your apps or in your browser to see if that resolves the issue.

  4. Check for app updates: Make sure your apps are up to date with the latest updates, as this can sometimes resolve compatibility issues with your drivers.

Hope this helps!

This doesn't fix anything, the steps you mentioned - i have tested already, and disabling a feature because its broken isn't fixing it either. I would like to have my browser fast but also play videos - like a normal browser on a normal pc.
