I recently built a pc for my cousin featuring:
Cpu: Ryzen 5 5600g
Gpu: Intergrated Graphics
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz
Psu: EVGA 400N1 (400W)
SSD: Kingston 240GB
It has the exact same specs as my main pc i am using right now. However, I've never had the same problem as him before.
Everytime my cousin opens a game, it varies between 30 mins to even seconds before it crashes. It will then show a generic Static Tv Screen then I will have to force restart the pc to boot back into windows. Then, It will show this error:
I have tried reinstalling, updating AMD drivers from AMD Adrenaline Software but this issue still persists. Any suggestions?
