Radeon RX 6400: Windows screen timeout and lockscreen not working

Just installed the Radeon RX 6400, and now my Windows 10 lockscreen and timeout no longer works.  Windows is all up to date, as is Adrenelin (22.7.1)

Screen time out is set to 30 min, and it is supposed to require password -- this was working fine before installing the 6400, but now the screen just stays on all of the time.  I have to turn off the monitor.

How do I get this working again?

Oodly, I enabled and then later disabled dynamic lock (unlocks when registered Bluetooth device is near), and then the screen timeout and lock started working.  Doesn't make much sense, but anyhoo...
