I have already tried lowering the max frequency and increasing the power limit, but it did not solve anything for me.

I have a suspicion that some of the crashes may be relate to the power management of the new drivers, especially when using HDR.

Are you using HDR?

Turn off freesync on all monitors.

That's what got my games to run on 7800xt.

The last 2 versions of drivers (24.6.1/24.7.1) looks to have give us that free sync bug that tend to popular every now and then

None of these things worked for me. It ended up being that I needed to downclock my (system) RAM. Ironically, it benches faster in all CPU and memory benchmarks set at 5600 with 28-34-34-71 timings than at 6000 with 30-36-36-76 anyway, and cured my game crash issues.

Having the exact same issue got a RX 7900 XTX Sapphire Nitro+ off a close friend about a week ago if the GPU is allowed to hit high boost frequencies within a minute or 2 my AMD GPU Drivers and Adrenaline will freeze and my PC will blackscreen for a few seconds before coming back but with the game closed

Only solution I have found which is more of a temporary fix is to simply run the game with Radeon Chill on so the GPU cannot boost high enough to crash or to limit my Boost to around 2200mhz
