23.9.2 giving two different drivers?

So I just updated to 23.9.2 for Raedon RX 6700M with Raedon graphics and for some reason it installed one of the drivers fine but the other one still gives me my old driver I have tried installing this twice now and same thing. I don't have any error problems other than the one that under "History" it says "Can not start"

Looking at those pictures I would assume you have a laptop with a GPU integrated into the CPU and a discrete GPU as well. As for why one driver is updating and the other one isn't, that is odd. I wonder if this is a case of needing a different drivers for the integrated GPU.

There is a Polaris-Vega version and an RDNA version this time.

If your integrated GPU is Vega, you need to use different sets this time.
