atio6axx.dll seems to be related to opengl in AMD graphics driver. How to solve it?

I tried installing another LDPlayer today, because I need to be able to copy the virtual machines to a RAM Drive, and the only solution so far is copying the whole thing over. The new LDPlayer gave me a BSOD when I pushed "x" close on the instance window, and it took restoring my system to yesterday to make the old one working again, because it was thinking the virtualization is off (registry got messed up by the new one)
