AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics display adapter issue after windows 11

Hi All,

We have HP x360 Probook 435 G7 which is now upgraded from Windows 10 22H2 to Windows 11 24H2.

After upgrade - Display adapter - AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics doesnot start with Error  - Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problem ( Code 43)

I have tried all solutions including -

1. BIOS Update.

2. Uninstall Driver & reinstall Driver for Display Adapter.

3. Disable Driver & Enable Driver. ( this works but after reboot  AMD Radeon Graphics doesnot respond and shows same Error Code 43.

Can someone please confirm any solution for this issue - Windows 11 + AMD Radeon Graphics + HP x360 G7 probook as Display resolution remains 1024 X 768 and doesn't allow me to change same to other values as it is greyed out.

Thanks

You can also try downloading the Windows 11 drivers for your laptop direct from HP.

Searching on the AMD.com website, it appears the latest Adrenalin graphics driver for your internal graphics CPU (AMD Ryzen 3 4300U) is the Adrenalin 24.9.1 update.  I recommend you download and install that to your laptop.

As Albert Einstein said, "I could have done so much more with a Big Al's Computer!".

Thank You Einstien:)

I had tried that solution of downloading Adrenalin 24.9.1, as it searches only required drivers and install same.

But after reboot of Windows 11, AMD Graphics does gets activated as seen in Device Manager with Error Code 43.

Then I also tried Disabling, Enabling device, it worked but that will not persist across reboots.

Regards
