Trying to install ProRender in Blender 2.83
...but it refuses to show up under addons. I don't get any errors, so I have no idea what's going on.
I tried to install via addons tab in blender and msi installer, same results, it won't show up.
Looking under "\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.83\scripts\addons" there's the msi file after installing via blender. Tried de-installing and reinstalling -> no change, reboot -> no change.
My blender has barely any addons. The material library is installed.

If you're installing via msi file you have an older version. The latest you can get here Release Radeon ProRender for Blender 2.5.1 · GPUOpen-LibrariesAndSDKs/RadeonProRenderBlenderAddon · ...
Which is just a zip file you should install via the blender addon system
