Hi,
I know there is a thread about Nvidia and ATI in one machine, but I'm just trying to operate two ATI cards in one PC, and this doesn't work.
I'm using Windows 7 64-bit, Catalyst 10.10, SDK 2.2, one dual-GPU card HD5970 and one HD5450. The configuration drives 4 monitors for an extended desktop without problems, but when I try to run calInit() the system hangs. FindNumDevices also hangs.
Disabling either card and running cal on the other works fine, but of course this is not what I had planned. I only want to run my programs on the 5970.
Any help?
Hi Gunter,
I have tried with 5770 + 4850 on windows 7 but i didn't get any problem on it. If you have any other card except 5970 then try it with 5450 & see it works or not.

Ramandeep,
thanks for your answer. I have updated the driver to 10.11, but still no luck.
Unfortunately I don't have access to any other hardware.
Can someone from AMD respond to this post?
Thanks
