Computer: Tried on two, a desktop with an RX 580, and a notebook with a Vega 8. Same error.

3ds Max version: 2018

Every time I try to select ProRender on render settings i get this error. Previous version of ProRender works fine.

Hi,

3ds Max 2018 is no longer supported. We will only support the latest 3 versions of 3ds Max: 2019, 2020 and 2021 (which will be added in the next release).

Does the error occur in other versions of 3ds Max?

If so, could you provide your system information?

3ds Max 2021 build can be found on github, along with all of our latest releases
