Hi all, my 1600x stopped working recently.
I sent a rma demand to amd.
Positive answer.
Amd sent me a rma number and an adrees.
All good!
No...
I sent the parcel few days ago and now if i follow it it says "incorrest adress your parcel can't be deliver".
I sent the parcel to the exact adress amd gave me:
    AMD c/o Kuehne + Nagel
    1 Pudongweg
     Rozenburg (NH),  1437 EM
     Pays-Bas


Did something similar happened to someone?
What can i do please?

You are the one that needs to contact the Delivery Carrier you used to send the Processor back to AMD to be RMAed.

Need to ask the Delivery Carrier to investigate to see what happened to the package. Ask the Carrier, since it said it  had a bad address, if it was being shipped back to you and estimated time it will arrive at your address.

Did you insure the Processor when you shipped it out with the Carrier?

It is possible that you may have misprinted the AMD address like changed a digit to a wrong digit etc.

You may want to post the RMA number from AMD and see if one of the Moderators can check it for you and to verify the address in the email. Otherwise, I would contact  AMD Warranty again and asked them to see if they received the processor and to verify the address sent to you in the email.

Found the Company that AMD uses to send it processors to the Netherlands: Kuehne + Nagel N.V. – Schiphol | Active in Rotterdam Port |

Okay problem solved thanks a lot.
It was probably an excuse because the parcel should have been deliver yesterday but was not.
It was delivered today without problem.
I suppose i will receive news from amd by mail soon.
