OK, here are some general ideas.
1. Buy a new laptop. This one is 6 years old.
2. Upgrade memory from 4GB to 8GB.
3. Depending on your workload, maybe upgrade the 2-core A4-3305M to a 4-core A6-34x0M or A8-35x0M APU. Note that these double the number of cores, but most of these are slower frequency than the A4-3305M, Therefore this upgrade is only helpful if you have multithreaded workloads.
4. Maybe look at slimming down Windows; i.e., uninstall unneeded applications, turn off / disable unneeded services.
