Card get very Hot

Hi,

I just bought the ati2900 pro and when i ran the computer for 24 hour, the card get very hot when i touch it. Any suggestions? I did check the gpu utility, the temp was 47% the highest. is it normal?

I am using Thermaltake Casing (kandalf series full tower), Gigabyte Motherboard.
