3900x crash with no bsod no logs , not a PSU problem

Hello,

i experienced several reboots: my pc shuts down with no log , no bsod like if someone pulled out the power cable

after a lot of research , i tryed another psu, windows resintallation etc i saw some forum with messages that explain it could come from the GPU and the power saving mode, so i stay on "balanced mode" setting and for the moment no reboot happened since two days ... but it's a problem that can happen anytime , 3 days no reboot then 3 reboots in one day...

my config:

3900x + 570x-f strix + 1000W RM1000i + radeon VII

someone ever had the same issue ?

regards

it seem I solved my problem by changing my inverter that was pretty old ... no crash anymore since!

ok seems to be a ram related problem ,

i tried with another gpu , same problem

another psu , same problem

as I released some timing and put my ram to 3200 instead of 3600 , no crash for the moment

so maybe that last bios release cause this problems ... (I have 4x8GB trident z royal 4400 , running previously at 3600 ... yeah I know 4400 ... was working at 4400 when 2x8 but only 3600 when I added the other 2x8 kit... )

Hi , i confirm my random restarts at idle were caused by my ram @3600 (at this speed it 's overclocking so it's possible it can't hold it)... I set it at 3200 CL14 (happy to be able to use my 4400mhz sticks@ CL14 , finally it's no so much a waste of money lol)  and no reboot anymore , it's rock stable now ...

one thing is if you use xmp @ 3600 , it's not sure to hold the oc , try manual settings at 3200 first with the best Cas latency  (try "ryzen ram calculator" maybe if you don't have the right settings in hand)

and do not use performance level 3 , let this to default , i don't know what it can help you (also if you know it i'm interrested you to tell me lol)

maybe your psu has a problem too , but if it's random restarts , be aware that your ram is oc @ 3600 and it can effectively cause restarts without BSOD
