I have amd radeon 6900 hd does that card support 144hz i bought monitor and it show only 60 hz can anybody help me please
I don't know. My guess would be no.
Regardless even if it did, there is no way this card would have the power to push it anyway.
The HD 6900 series are designed for 60 Hz panels. HDMI and DP are both far from capable for the high refresh panels flooding into the markets.
I use 4K60 which DisplayPort can do, 4K120 is not possible without resorting to lossy display stream compression.
