First the broken pins on your AMD Processor just voided your 3 year AMD Warranty.
AMD Warranty doesn't cover broken or bent pins on the Processor. They most likely consider that to be "Customer Error" which in your case it was since you were the one that broke the pins while removing the CPU Cooler.
There are a couple of YouTube Videos that shows how you might be able to re-solder CPU Pins back on again. But it is fairly complicated and you will need to purchase some special hardware.
Basically if the CPU doesn't work or boot up with those 3 pins broken then you will have an expensive paperweight. Some pins can be missing and the CPU will work normally. Depends on which 3 pin you broke while removing the CPU Cooler.
