FreeSync not supported and missing refresh rates.

Hello everyone,

I have Dell S2719DGF monitor connected with DisplayPort HBR3 cable (club-3d CAC-2068) to R9 290x graphic card (all latest drivers are installed for monitor and card).

The monitor and graphic card support FreeSync, however in AMD Radeon Software in the display tab FreeSync is grayed out and says "unsupported".

Also, the monitor is native 2560x1440@144Hz (can be overclocked to 155Hz) but there is only 60Hz option for this resolution in windows 10 display properties.

Do someone knows what's going on?

Why can't I see the supported refresh rates and turn on FreeSync?

I had that issue as well, I fixed the issue by toggling on Freesync in my "monitors software".

That allows Adrenaline access to the control, mine was Freesync premium.
