Graphics Cards

i am having laptop hp ac646tx with two graphic cards one is of intel and other is amd radeon r5 m330. I don't know whether this laptop uses intel or amd graphic card. first of all how to know whether which graphic card is in use by default. Secondly if intel graphic card is in use then how to switch to amd. Also in my latest amd andrenaline software the utilisation percentage is at 0%. My laptop lags alot also.
