Adrenalin 2020 Edition no me funciona en la grafica de AMD Radeon 530. Como lo soluciono?

Es una laptop Dell Inspiron 5570 cuando ejecuto algún juego este parece funcionar por unos minutos usando la gráfica dedicada y luego procede a cerrarse el juego. Esto lo he logrado solucionar usando el driver de Intel Radeon™ RX Vega M Graphics 25.20.15002.58 y el driver del OEM 17.400.2011 ,A01.

De hecho el driver del OEM no funciona sus actualización pues los errores vuelven a parecer, solo funciona el primer driver que lanzo Dell para esta laptop y el de intel.

Me gustaria que el driver Adrenalin 2020 Edition me funcionara.

Dell Support for your laptop has a fairly new AMD Video driver : Support for Inspiron 5570 | Drivers & Downloads | Dell US 

Also download the Intel UHD Graphics Driver 620 (URGENT) and have it installed BEFORE updating your AMD Driver.  Intel Graphics and CHIPSET must be the latest versions for the latest AMD Video drivers to work.

I suggest you download Intel Driver Assistant to update all of your laptop Intel Drivers to the latest version which may be newer than the ones listed at Dell Support.

you also have a brand new Laptop BIOS (Input your Serial number to be sure this BIOS is for your laptop):
