RMA process during COVID-19 pandemic

My CPU Ryzen 3950x no longer works and I haven't gotten a response to my RMA request (ticket no:[8200953185]}). So, I was wondering if the CPU RMA process has been impacted by the current pandemic and if so is there another way to get my computer up and running as I need it for school?
