In game GTA San Andreas when I choose V-SYNC instead of V-SYNC off or enhanced sync, this V-SYNC doesn't work, doesn't lock FPS. It happens in CS:GO too.

Works only in GTA V.

Wait for Vertical Refresh – Vertical Refresh or VSync, synchronizes the application with the monitor frame rate with the objective of removing screen tearing.

NOTE! This option is only available when Radeon™ Enhanced Sync is disabled.

NOTE! Wait for Vertical Refresh only works in OpenGL 3D applications. When using other APIs such as DirectX® or Vulkan®, VSync is controlled via the game 3D application graphics settings.

When I used it for GTA V, it worked better than turning v-sync in GTA V.

Sadly, is there any other way to force v-sync for games so I have 100% smooth gameplay without managing in settings every time?

What if a game hasn't got v-sync option or if is, then locks down game for 25 fps?
