I recently turned my old pc that has an hd 7750 but my pc (and Windows update) recognizes it as a hd 4400 for some reason. I tried installing the latest driver for the 7750 to fix it but it keeps giving me the 182 error.
The only issue I saw on the graphic card was the hdmi and vga ports not working, other than that it looks ok.
My specs are:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
AMD Phenom II X4 810 68 °C
Deneb 45nm Technology
4.00GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 333MHz (5-5-5-15)
MICRO-STAR INTERNATIONAL CO.LTD 785GTM-E45 (MS-7549) (CPU 1) 41 °C
ATI Radeon HD 4200 (ATI)
298GB Western Digital WDC WD3200AAKS-00L9A0 ATA Device (SATA ) 43 °C
DTSOFT Virtual CdRom Device
HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH22NS40 ATA Device
Realtek High Definition Audio
Notice that the graphics card is recognized as a hd 4200, however, after checking my card i confirmed that it is a hd 7750
