I put all the types in on the drivers page but when I got to AMD Radeon HD..... there wasnt one called AMD RAdeon HD 7480D there was only 1470 but no D

You seem to have a Desktop AMD APU (CPU with Integrated Graphics)  A4-5300 Processor. You need to download the APU Driver and not the HD7480D driver.

I found only one Desktop APU with HD7480D Integrated Graphics from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support

You have a Legacy APU so there are only two drivers to download. A BETA and WHQL Driver.

The WHQL Driver is the 2015 Driver and the BETA Driver is the 2016 driver.
