Столкнулся с проблемой в драйверах, у меня стоит Win 8.1 а на сайте я не нашёл драйверов для моей Win 8.1, переустанавливать Винду не хочу, как решить данную проблему, и почему нету драйверов для Win 8 - 8.1???

Скачать программу которая сама подбирает драйвер пробовал? Auto-Detect and Install, внизу под драйверами. К примеру https://drivers.amd.com/drivers/installer/19.30/beta/radeon-software-adrenalin-2019-19.10.2-minimals...

Without any information on your computer setup it is difficult to see if there are any Windows 8.1 drivers.

But to answer your question:

AMD doesn't support Windows 8/8.1 Operating System with any more updated drivers. At the moment AMD supports Windows 10 and Linux and, for now,  Windows 7 for the time being.

You would need to look at AMD Previous Drivers to see if there were any Windows 8/8.1 drivers for your AMD hardware.
