AMD Settings Programm once opened Wattman a small box with temperatures and Usage in Percent follows my mouse and keeps refreshing every 2 seconds

I have had a rx 580 from Saphire 4GB and i upgraded to a rx vega 56 befor this was not Happening now i cannot go into wattman because the sort of overlay that's following my cursor kicks me on the desktop every 2seconds when i am in a game :/
