I recently purchased a ryzen 2700x with tomahawk m350 mobo, zotac 1070 amp and 16gb 3200mhz ram, freshly installed win10, updated all drivers, installed csgo and i saw that there is only 100-200fps. I've made cinebench and came with less than 400 points, so I've made it again with process monitor and i saw that speed drops down to 0.8ghz on every core.
