R9 280 Driver Issue - Signal loss every minute

Over the last few months I have been experiencing signal loss. Every minute or so, the screen cuts out, loss of signal, 5 seconds later it's back and sometimes cuts back out immediately. It is honestly the most frustrating thing in the world to have an expensive-ish gaming PC reduced to something I can't even look at.

I know it's a driver issue, it started happening after a driver update. This is what I've done to mitigate it and how I know it's a driver issue.

I ran DSIM> SFC> Uninstalled display adapter driver> AMD Cleanup Utility> Restart computer

After this, no drivers, no signal loss, no artifacting.

I re-installed up-to-date drivers and the problem returned immediately. If anyone can PLEASE help me. It would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise I'm done with AMD.

check your display cables & PSU usually not the drivers fault usually wear & tear cable wise or PSU wise as they get old & worn.
