The program cant start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is imissing form your computer

I recently installed a new driver for my Radeon RX 560 which is the latest one it was desired for. I installed everything and uninstalled it then I received this error message when opening the AMD graphic settings. My graphic cards work but I can't open it. Anybody has any solutions? Tried everything I think.

Once you post your Computer Specs including Make & Model of PSU & CPU/APU including AMD driver versions you install and uninstalled as per Forum rules: INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION . I am sure someone may be able to assist.

What procedure did you use to Uninstall and Install the AMD driver package. Make sure your Windows OS is fully updated via Windows Update. Be sure to delete from the Root Directory C:\AMD folder before reinstalling any AMD Drivers.
