Hello guys, no criticism at all, just looking for information. A few weeks ago i recived a faulty CPU from my previous RMA and i need a new one. I opened a new ticket on 2 November and i recived the first and only answer on 7 November, then nothing.
The italian suppor center on 7 November "before reciving that answer"suggested me to open a new rma request but i didn't recived any answer since then.
I really need a working cpu and since the first rma i had around 3-4 weeks of downtime, previous rma has a 24h delay for each but now we are on the 2-3 days range for an answer
