Why does the driver create a folder called ##ID_STRING16## in start menu?

The location of the folder ##ID_STRING16##

this folder inside contains 2 direct accesses called ##ID_STRING17## & ##ID_STRING18##

 

the file ##ID_STRING17## is the direct access of amdprw, this file is located in C:\WINDOWS\Program Files\AMD\CIM\bin64

the file ##ID_STRING18## is the direct access of msiexec, this file is located in C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64

Does anyone know what function exactly?
