AMD Drivers 17.8.2 GPU Scaling not working on csgo at lower resolutions

      SPECS:

           RX 480 4GB with Crimson ReLive 17.8.2

Windows 10 64bit updated to the last version

           BenQ XL2411T 1920x1080 144hz @ desktop and 1024x768 144hz @ csgo

ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0 bios updated to the last version

           FX 6300 3.5Ghz OC'ed to 4Ghz

           Corsair VS550w

           2x4GB of RAM

So, last night I had the first version of Windows 10 (without updates) and I decided to format my pc and install the last version of Windows 10, I  installed the last AMD drivers (17.8.2) and the GPU Scaling stopped working on csgo but on desktop if I lower the resolution and check the GPU Scaling it works...

I tried to downgrade (to 17.7.1 and 17.7.2) but it didn't work either.

I got no game profiles and even if I add csgo and put "Preseve aspect ratio" it still doesn't work.

Does it have a fix or I need to wait for the next update and pray that they solve this?

I've only mention csgo because I only tested in csgo and its basically the only game that I play on a lower resolution but I believe that this occurs in other games too.
