Gigabyte RX 560 OC 4GB

Question asked by caverojuan on Aug 24, 2017

Hello to everyone. I recently bought a  Gigabyte RX 560 OC 4GB. I updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Pro 64 Bits, then I installed the gpu card, plugged the 6 pin power cable, installed the drivers and I started playing some games. All was good for the first half hour, suddenly, the screen started to turn black a lot of times, it can happen in any moment and the time of black screen lasts from 1 to 3 seconds, but all the system still running and the audio works. It's very annoying. I would like to hear some recommendations.

My computer:

Motherboard: Asus P9X79 Pro [2012]

Processor: QuadCore Intel Core i7-3820 (3600 MHz) [2012]

RAM Memory: 8 GBs (1333 MHz, Kingston) [2012]

GPU: Gigabyte RX560 OC 4GB [New]

Power supply: Thermaltake 1200W 80plus Gold (Model TP-1200AH5CEG) [2014]

Main Disk: SSD Kingston 120 GBs [2015]

Secondary Disk: HDD Seagate Barracuda 1 TB [New]

Operative System: Windows 10 Pro 64 Bits.

PD: I FORGOT TO SAY THAT I USE MY GPU WITH AN ACTIVE ADAPTER DISPLAYPORT TO VGA BECAUSE MY MONITOR ONLY HAS VGA ENTRANCE.

Games tested:

-Rust.

-Red Orchestra 2/Rising Storm Multiplayer.

-Rising Storm 2 Vietnam.

-League of Legends.

In all games happens the random black screen.
