3.Uninstall any software for GPU and system tweaking
4.Delete C:\AMD folder
6.Set power limit to +50 (Radeon settings>Gaming>Global>Global WattMan)
7.Make a restore point (you can use this restore point if you will have any serious problems)
So, Issue have been solved.
- What I did to resolve this problem:
- Restore windows to restore point created after fresh install.
- Re-insert GPU to PCIE slot.
- Blowed any dust from setup using compressed air
- Delete C:/AMD
- Updated drivers.
It seems to be stable now, also thanks to redfury copypasting that "universal" driver fix guide.
