MSI Radeon R9 390 going black screen, and blue screen

So I have a MSI Radeon R9 390 and I have been having a problem. In CSGO, without a fps limit in, the card, while the game is on high, would crash losing connection to the HDMI and giving me the "HDMI no connection" screen. My fix was limiting the frames using fps_max 70 in console, but I still need a fix. The other problem was that when I am on GTA V, the game would randomly stop responding and just crash. While I am browsing on chrome or in netflix, it would just go black screen. My second cousin has the same card, and is having the same problem. He said that it was a driver issue, and that AMD hasn't fixed it yet. Does anyone have a solution? Because this is being a really huge pain.
