      DESCRIBE YOUR ISSUE:

So basically when I go to AMD Wattman, I noticed that there are some features missing such as temperature controls, partial fan controls, etc.

As you can see, target fan settings, temperature controls and the min. acoustic limit settings are basically non-existent. Does anybody else have this problem?

TL:DR; Without these controls, your GPU is toast. This explains why: https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/4yfsyw/amd_wattman_temp_fan_questions/
