Hello friends

Since some months I have a problem with Wattman software.
I have an AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series graphics card 1000 MHz. Unfortunately when I play World of Tanks on the basic settings, the game crashes constantly with written "video driver has stopped working and it 'was restored"
I solved the problem by lowering to 950 MHz. The problem disappear completely until a few months ago.
The point is, that OVERLOCK is not working anymore. Even if I lower the MHz to 950, the video card continues to run on 1000 MHz (attach the screenshot). Reinstalling video card driver I get the message "Wattman settings has been restored" and everything starts working again until the PC is switched off. At the next boot the problem returns. I can not understand what 's wrong. I read somewhere that the problem can 'be due to the some updating of Windows 10. Possible?
Can someone help me?
