AMD-v not found in bios?

i have a toshiba C55DT-A5244 running with amd A4-5000 apu accelerated processor with radeon HD 8330... and i know my computer has amd-v but is currently disabled, and when i go into the bios it is not found.. i am currently trying to run an app and im getting this error


Waiting for VM "{628d8fb0-2016-0903-1844-161472899490}" to power on...

VBoxManage.exe: error: AMD-V is disabled in the BIOS (or by the host OS). (VERR_SVM_DISABLED)

is there any way to enable AMD-v? maybe a newer bios version that toshiba doesnt have? i have 1.80
