Google Maps Satellite View Disables Monitors

All of my monitors are disabled when clicking on Satellite View in Google Maps.  The monitors simply lose any signal to them and go into power saving mode.  It happens about 90% of the time on all browsers (Chrome, Edge, IE11).  The only solution is to reboot the computer.  It doesn't happen on my other desktop equipped with an Nvidia graphics card which leads me to believe that it is somehow AMD related.  This issue followed me from Windows 7 to Windows 10.

I have done a clean install of the operating system and drivers (when upgrading to Windows 10) but this hasn't helped.  All drivers are up-to-date on my system and my graphics card is running at stock specifications.  Any insight into this issue would be appreciated.
