Black screen and display driver crash on full screen with dual screens

I updated to Radeon Settings, and now when I launch some games, the screen the game is on goes black and the game is impossible to play. If I make it windowed at a smaller resolution, the entire monitor will flash slowly until either the game crashes like Payday 2 or the driver crashes like in Skyrim, or the game is closed. When I unplug my second monitor or enable Eyefinity, the games run fine without any problems. I did not have this problem with Catalyst, only after I updated to Radeon Settings. This problem has been present since Radeon Setting launched.
